What is the Ayina Method?


The Ayina basic exercises
The exercises focus on moving and energizing the abdominal, and lower abdominal muscles and the internal organs located there (stomach, intestines, bladder, uterus, ovaries, etc.). By moving the external and internal muscles, stimulating the meridian lines, and gently massaging the internal organs, we can affect the hormonal functions of our body, the functioning of the internal organs, and the blood supply. So we fill this area with energy and life. Oxygen supply improves, stagnant energies are eliminated, and healing processes begin as a result.

Relaxation
Most people are constantly stressed, even if they are not consciously experiencing it, but their bodies are responding to it.
The abdomen – stomach – rectum – chest – back – waist tense up, breathing changes and over time various nodules and diseases develop in our body. Everyday little stressful situations (at home, at work, while traveling, etc.) just accumulate and affect us. The goal of relaxation is to normalize our body’s function, to relax it, dissolve the blocks, clarify our thoughts, and allow ourselves to be joyful.



White Tiger
This exercise is an improved version of the ancient Taoist method. The original version served the purpose of eliminating women’s menstruation, thus conserving Life Energy.
The purpose of the “White Tiger” is to regulate and normalize the menstrual cycle.
It is especially recommended to do this exercise during menstruation!

Diet
The average Hungarian diet is full of products of animal origin, hence hormones, oil, fat, sugar, and processed foods. They all accumulate, cause disease, and thus affect our bodily functions, our consciousness, and the way our hormones work. We need to change all this if we want to be healthy again. Thus, we should avoid certain foods while favoring others.
